Where do I begin? As long as I can remember, I was aware of subtle energies that others didn’t seem to register or believe. I knew things about people and situations that no one had told me. I communicated with Beings of Light that were not a part of the religious beliefs I was being taught.
I could sense and feel energy, and see events that had not yet happened, or simply know things about a person outside usual information pathways. Later I could see auras, although I didn’t know that was what it was. My ability to know and see events, and all the information that was coming to me was not something I could process or understand as a child or young adult, and were not recognized by the belief system or culture around me. I did know that I had a different awareness. I did know I wanted to help heal people. I wanted to help release them from pain.
I completed my degree as a Physician Associate through the University of Oklahoma Medical School in 1983. As I worked in the different fields of family practice, urgent care, emergency rooms, psychiatry, and internal medicine, my life continued to be impacted by my psychic perceptions. I was aware of the body’s energy, and the limits of science. The feelings, emotions, loss of patients, and unexplained miracles were a daily reminder that there was so much more than what our present medical/cultural paradigms accepted.
I knew that we had been gifted by Spirit to feel more through empathy and clairsentience, to know more through intuition, see more through clairvoyance, heal through gifts of the Spirit as well as medical science.
In the late 1980s, I came to realize how much I wanted to interweave my psychic perceptual abilities with my western medical expertise to help people heal body, mind and spirit. In San Francisco, on one of my frequent walks, as I was talking with God asking what does all this mean, it was as if a gentle hand touched my face turning it in the direction of this small little house. I would never have noticed the place without that gentle nudge. This house was Psychic Horizons. I was on my path.
I began my formal training in 1990 at Psychic Horizons. Psychic Horizons founder, Laura Hopper, trained with Berkeley Psychic Institute founder, Lewis Bostwick, in developing schools to teach people integrated meditation as a bridge between you as spirit and your everyday life. I graduated from Psychic Horizons Church of Natural Grace seminary in San Francisco in 1994 after a 4 year curriculum completing the clairvoyant training, enabling me to provide clairvoyant readings. Healings sessions can include information from past lives, clearing energy blocks in the body and aura, clearing past traumas, updating and clearing akashic records to provide healing in the physical, psychic, emotional, and spiritual bodies. I also provide hands on healings. I am a licensed minister through Church of Natural Grace Christ-based Church. I completed my teaching training through Psychic Horizons 1994 – 1998 to teach these skills.
I continued my education at the Aesclepion Center for Healing in San Rafael, California with John Fulton, deepening my abilities to heal energies that comprise and compromise the body, releasing what interferes with a person’s ability to reach their full potential, learning how to identify and release energies that can accumulate within a person’s auric and energetic field that limit their connection to Source. Channeling was part of my training there.
I completed an intensive apprenticeship with world-renowned psychic healer, author, and teacher Michael Tamura. Over the years, I enjoyed working in the Tom Kenyon seminars with sound and vibration healing, and seminars with Lee Carroll.
Many capable Beings of Light, Masters, and Beings with information for the individual come to provide information during the healing sessions. Each reading is unique to the individual’s questions, needs, and their ability to have healing. Each healing reveals more of the many facets of the spiritual being living in a human body. Clarity about the person you are working with, and clarity about what energies are in integrity are a foundation to my work. I continue classes, workshops, and personal exploration to be in the present, and aware of how to grow and serve. I presently live in Sedona, AZ with my husband. We are surrounded by stunning, energetic landscape and vortices that present themselves everywhere. We feel the blessings and awe, for which we are grateful.
